Bookings extend from 3.00 pm on the Saturday of arrival to 10.00 am on the Saturday of departure - unless special arrangements have been made in advance.
The cottage may not be occupied by more than 7 persons.
The visitors agree to leave the property in the same condition as that in which it was handed over.
Any damage, defect or breakage should be reported as soon as possible and may be charged for.
The proprietors shall be under no liability for any act, neglect or default of the occupier for the time being, nor any loss, damage, expense, accident, injury or inconvenience whether to person or property which the occupier or any other person may cause, suffer or sustain, arising out of or in respect of any application or letting or otherwise howsoever.
Bookings for one or any number of weeks shall be treated as confirmed by the applicant by payment of a deposit of £80 per week, subject to availability and acceptance in writing, any balance of rental being payable not later than six weeks prior to commencement of the holiday.
Non-payment by the required date shall be treated as cancellation, to enable the proprietors to re-let and in the event to refund at their sole discretion such part of the deposit as remains after deducting any expenses incurred and making good any loss sustained.
CANCELLATIONS: Refunds shall be at the proprietors sole discretion. The proprietors reserve the right to cancel and in the event shall not be liable save only for the return of monies received.
